To open a utility account you must visit City Hall to fill out the required paperwork and pay the deposit. Residential deposits are $200.00, commercial deposits are $250.00, and commercial dumpster deposit is 2.5 times the monthly dumpster rental. The residential water, sewer, and waste collection rates beginning in November 2022 are as follows:
 
Residential Water Base Rate $20.60 per 1000 gallons, plus,

0 - 3,000 gallons
3,001 - 6,000 gallons
6,001 - 9,000 gallons
9,001 - 12,000 gallons
12,001 gallons and above

The water rate for Irrigation is $3.42 per 1,000 gallon used. $350.00 Irrigation Meter fee to install the meter.

WastePro does not provide garbage cans; customers must purchase their own can. Recycling bins are available from City Hall upon request. Recycling and garbage are collected every Friday morning. Recyclable items include paper, plastic bottles and jugs, aluminum cans, and glass bottles and jars.
