Mr. Gilbert Randall- need to more than a strip of grass on the street right-a-ways especially down past the fire station.

J. ~REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS/INFORMATION
1. City Manager Vause gave her City Manager’s report & City Clerk McGruder gave an update on Code Enforcement.

2. City Attorney Hoehn- No report

3. City Commission
Commissioner Roberts-Cheatham thanked everyone for their support after her knee surgery.  She also passed out a few handouts from the Regional Planning.

Commissioner Floyd- Glad to see the growth in Hawthorne and excited for more growth to come.

Commissioner Bouie- Not present

Vice Mayor Howard- No report

4. Mayor Surrency- Scheduled a town hall meeting on September 20, 2016 at 6:30PM to discuss growth, code enforcement and other topics going on inside the City.
