A.  Establishing a Code of Ordinance for Noise Regulations
Moved to approve the Ordinance amending on the Hawthorne Code of Ordinances to provide for noise regulations on second reading.

B.  Municipal Service Benefit Unit (MSBU) for Solid Waste
Moved to approve the ordinance on second reading, renewing consent for the City to be included in the non-ad valorem assessment for a MSBU, created by Alachua County, Florida, for provision of solid waste management costs.
