The Planning and Zoning Board is a five-member volunteer board that meets once per month. The Board reviews all Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Rezoning applications, amendments to the Land Development Regulations, and Site Plans. The Planning and Zoning Board is also the City’s Board of Adjustments and Historic Preservation Board.
Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM.
